Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Finance to lead our financial operations based in Hyderabad. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary architect of our fiscal health, overseeing everything from day-to-day accounting and treasury management to high-level financial planning and analysis. You will work closely with the executive leadership team and board members to translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies. By driving rigorous budgeting processes and ensuring seamless audit compliance, you will play a direct role in scaling our operations, optimizing capital allocation, and safeguarding the long-term financial sustainability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the end-to-end financial planning and analysis cycle to provide leadership with accurate forecasts and data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

- Manage corporate treasury functions, including cash flow optimization and liquidity management, to ensure the business maintains a robust financial position.

- Oversee the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across all departments to align resource allocation with company growth objectives.

- Lead internal and external audit engagements to maintain high standards of financial governance, regulatory compliance, and internal control integrity.

- Partner with cross-functional department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth levers that directly impact the bottom line.

- Mentor and develop the finance team to foster a culture of accuracy, transparency, and proactive financial stewardship.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and strategic planning, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives for non-financial stakeholders.

- Proven track record in managing treasury operations and working capital, ensuring optimal utilization of corporate funds.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence executive leadership and negotiate effectively with external auditors and financial institutions.

- Exceptional analytical rigor in conducting financial audits and implementing internal controls to mitigate operational risks.

- A professional qualification such as CA, MBA (Finance) from a premier institute, or equivalent certification, reflecting a strong academic and technical foundation.

- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, on-site work environment in Hyderabad, demonstrating adaptability and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

- Professional experience ranging from 5 - 12 years in progressively responsible finance leadership roles.
