Role Description The Head – Events and Corporate Alliances is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing fitness events, corporate wellness programs, and brand partnerships that align with MultiFit's vision. Daily responsibilities include developing event calendars, coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring seamless event delivery. The role involves identifying and nurturing corporate alliances, creating proposals, negotiating agreements, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships. The individual will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and training teams to promote events, track performance, manage budgets, and ensure a high-quality experience for all participants and corporate clients.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, presentations, and relationship management.
• Candidates should possess Event Planning and Event Management skills to design, organize, and execute fitness events and corporate programs.
• Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to plan, allocate, and monitor event and alliance-related expenditures.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to acquire new corporate partners, renew existing alliances, and drive event participation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience leading events or corporate partnerships, ideally in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and timelines.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with fitness and wellness trends and a genuine interest in promoting healthy lifestyles.
