Head - Derivatives - Options Strategy

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned derivatives expert with deep expertise in Options Trading and Strategy who can consistently generate high-quality daily research calls while maintaining exceptional accuracy, disciplined risk management, and an optimal risk-reward ratio.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving research performance, mentoring the derivatives team, and building trust through consistent market outperformance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Options Research function and define the overall derivatives strategy.

- Publish daily high-conviction options trading calls with strong accuracy and disciplined execution.

- Develop and execute directional, non-directional, and event-based options strategies.

- Maintain a high accuracy rate while ensuring a healthy risk-reward ratio across all recommendations.

- Monitor market trends, volatility, open interest, option chain, institutional activity, and macro events to identify trading opportunities.

- Mentor and lead a team of options analysts and traders.

- Continuously review trading performance and refine strategies based on market conditions.

- Collaborate with Product, Content, and Business teams to enhance the derivatives offering.

What We're Looking For:

- 6-15 years of experience in Options Trading, Derivatives Research, or Proprietary Trading.

- Proven track record of delivering consistent, profitable options trading calls.

Deep expertise in:
