We are building a media-first fintech engine to demystify complex financial markets, educate investors, and build trust at scale.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Head of Content (Video) to build and scale Spring Street's video content strategy across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and performance marketing channels. You will own the entire video pipeline - from ideation, scripting, and on-camera storytelling to post-production, analytics, and channel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Video Production: Own scriptwriting, visual storytelling, filming, editing, and distribution of high-retention video content.

- Channel Scaling & Organic Growth: Build and scale our YouTube and social media channels, optimizing hooks, thumbnails, titles, and algorithms to drive millions of organic views.

- Fintech & Market Storytelling: Simplify complex financial topics (equities, PMS/AIFs, macroeconomics, derivatives, quantitative strategies) into engaging visual formats for retail and HNI investors.

- Performance & Growth Ads: Script, direct, and produce high-converting performance marketing ad concepts for investor acquisition.

- Team & Creator Network: Build and manage an in-house production team and collaborate with external financial creators, industry experts, and influencers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 4 - 8 years of experience leading video content or channel growth at top fintechs, wealth platforms, or financial media outlets (e.g., Groww, Zerodha, INDmoney, Moneycontrol).

- Proven track record of growing a YouTube channel or social video footprint from early-stage to hundreds of thousands of subscribers/followers.

- Hands-on proficiency with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro) and scripting frameworks.

- Strong camera presence or experience directing on-camera talent and creators.

- Deep curiosity about capital markets, personal finance, and wealth management trends.
