Role & responsibilities

Qualification : Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Technical Skills-

•  Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including:

• Daily Stand-ups
• Sprint Planning
• Sprint Reviews
• Sprint Retrospectives
• Backlog Refinement Sessions
• SAP Knowledge

•  Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and values.

•  Remove blockers and impediments impacting team productivity.

•  Track sprint progress, velocity, and team performance metrics.

•  Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.

•  Ensure transparency through Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.

•  Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

•  Facilitate stakeholder communication and status reporting.

•  Promote self-organizing and cross-functional team behavior.

•  Assist in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams where required.

•  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

•  5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

•  Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.

•  Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.

•  Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

•  Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

•  Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.
