About this role
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Install and configure Windows operating systems.
- Upgrade and replace laptop RAM, SSD and hard drives.
- Troubleshoot laptop and desktop hardware issues.
- Install and configure software, drivers and applications.
- Perform laptop servicing, maintenance and hardware replacement.
- Diagnose and resolve basic networking and connectivity issues.
- Provide technical support to employees.
- Maintain IT hardware inventory and records.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in laptop and desktop repairing.
