Job Description

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter / H1B Transfer Specialist / OPT Recruiter with strong knowledge of US staffing, visa categories, and end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for US IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
• Source and recruit US Citizens, Green Card holders and H1B candidates.
• Handle H1B transfers and project transfer requirements.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, and internal databases for candidate sourcing.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate compensation, and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Required Skills

• 2–7 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment or US staffing.
• Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and visa categories.
• Experience recruiting US Citizens, Green Card, EAD, OPT, and H1B candidates.
• Understanding of H1B transfers and project transfers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work independently.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
