Job Purpose

To provide a professional, warm and premium experience to customers visiting the project sales office and support the Sales team in managing walk-ins, appointments and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and professionally engage all customers and visitors.
• Manage walk-ins, appointments and visitor registration.
• Coordinate allocation of walk-in customers to the respective Sales Executive.
• Assist customers with basic project information and guide them through the experience centre, sample flat and amenities.
• Ensure the reception, waiting area and customer-facing spaces are maintained to premium standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Housekeeping, Security and Administration for smooth customer experience.
• Maintain daily records of walk-ins, appointments, site visits and customer feedback.
• Collect customer feedback and escalate concerns to the Sales Manager.
• Ensure availability of brochures, forms and other sales collaterals.
• Support customer events and project-related activities.
