Role Description: -

The Guest Service Associate – Food & Beverage Service is a full-time, on-site role based at Park Inn by Radisson Bilaspur Gurgaon in Manesar. The associate will welcome guests to the restaurant and bar, provide menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas, and ensuring that all service standards and brand guidelines are followed. The role involves handling guest inquiries and concerns, coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams, processing payments, and promoting menu items and special offers. The associate is expected to support smooth operations during busy periods, assist with reservations related to the restaurant, and contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong guest-focused skills in Guest Services and Guest Service to ensure a welcoming, professional dining experience.
• Demonstrated Customer Service abilities to address guest needs, handle feedback, and manage challenging situations calmly.
• Experience with Reservations processes related to restaurant bookings, table allocations, and guest seating plans.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, including active listening and confident spoken and written English; additional local languages are an advantage.
• Prior experience in food and beverage service, hotel or restaurant operations, or hospitality is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic POS systems, billing procedures, and cash handling is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and to stand for extended periods.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or hotel management training or certification is an added advantage.
