Role Description Guest Relations officer (GRO) full-time positions are available at BloomLife Hospital in Chennai for healthcare and support professionals across clinical, administrative, and patient services functions. Depending on the role, team members may provide direct patient care, assist with diagnostic and treatment procedures, maintain accurate medical records, and support the smooth operation of hospital departments. Daily responsibilities can include coordinating appointments, guiding patients and their families through treatment processes, ensuring adherence to hospital protocols, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective care. These are on-site roles that require a strong commitment to patient well-being, attention to detail, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Appropriate educational background with minimum bachelor degree.
• Demonstrated knowledge of hospital procedures, patient safety standards, and quality-focused healthcare practices with atleast 1-2 years of experience working in an hospital.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site hospital environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy and confidentiality on a rotional shift basis.
• Comfort with basic healthcare IT systems, documentation practices, and adherence to regulatory and ethical guidelines.
• Prior experience in fertility, reproductive health, or hospital settings is an advantage but not mandatory for all roles.
