About the Studio

Studio34 is a Pilates studio in Koramangala, Bangalore, offering athletic reformer, mat and private classes. We have a loyal community, members who stay, and a founder-led team small enough that everyone's work shows up directly in the numbers.

About the Role

The problem we're hiring for is simple. People who walk through our doors love the studio, but not enough people are walking through them, and not enough of those who try us out stay on.

Leads come in, but follow-up is inconsistent. Trials happen, but conversion depends on who's at the desk that day. Revenue swings month to month because there's no system behind it.

You are not a receptionist, and you are not an ops coordinator. You own the journey from stranger to member: getting people to notice us, getting them into a trial, and turning that trial into a membership.

Responsibilities

The mandate has three parts.

1. Fill the funnel
2. → Own our Instagram: a content calendar, reels, member stories and class content that people actually stop scrolling for.
3. → Build local partnerships with cafés, corporates, residential societies and wellness brands around Koramangala.
4. → Run a member referral program and at least one community event or open class a month.
5. → Work with the founder on paid campaigns, and track what each one costs per lead.
6. Convert
7. → Respond to every enquiry fast, and follow up until there's a clear yes or no.
8. → Book trials, confirm them, and personally welcome and close every trial attendee.
9. → Turn single-class drop-ins into trial packs, and trial packs into memberships.
10. → Call members before their packs run out so renewals don't depend on luck.
11. Own the numbers
12. → Keep the CRM and booking system accurate. If it isn't in the system, it didn't happen.
13. → Build and maintain our sales tracker in Excel, broken down by trials, new memberships, renewals and drop-ins.
14. → Report weekly on leads, trials, conversion rate and revenue against target, and know why the numbers moved.

Like everyone on a small team, you'll also pitch in on day-to-day studio operations.

Not how busy you were, but how much the studio grew.

Qualifications

→ 1–3 years in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role. Fitness, wellness, hospitality or D2C is a bonus.

→ Strong Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and an obsession with clean data.

→ Comfortable selling face-to-face, and you enjoy it.

→ Able to create good content for Instagram, or eager to learn fast.

→ Organised, consistent and self-driven. You don't wait to be told to follow up.

Compensation

3.6 LPA+ fixed. Total earnings of 7 LPA+ with performance incentives. Complimentary classes at the studio.
