About this role
- NavneetAI is looking for a Growth Specialist to drive D2C growth for its AI-led learning platform.
- The role is based in Mumbai, with frequent travel to Ahmedabad and other markets.
- It is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Chief Product & AI Officer.
- The primary mandate is to drive user acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation.
- The role owns the consumer growth funnel and is accountable for measurable growth outcomes.
- Around two-thirds of the role is digital growth, with the balance focused on field activities and consumer insights.
- Responsibilities include paid acquisition, SEO, ASO, referrals, content and organic growth.
- The person will manage external agencies, creators, influencers and other growth partners.
- Strong focus on funnel optimisation, A/B testing, pricing, onboarding and conversion.
- The role will drive lifecycle marketing through push notifications, email, WhatsApp and in-app communication.
- Offline initiatives will include school activations, parent/student events, workshops and community building.
- The person will conduct consumer research and convert insights into product, pricing and marketing decisions.
- Strong SQL, Excel, analytics, cohort analysis, CAC, LTV and retention capabilities are required.
- Candidates should have hands-on experience with D2C/consumer apps, performance marketing, CRM and app-based subscription funnels.
- Success will be measured through improvements in activation, D30 retention, free-to-paid conversion, acquisition efficiency and revenue.
