About this role
We're Hiring | Growth Specialist
Hyve is looking for a Growth Specialist with 0–3 years of experience to drive our growth across retail chains and B2B/institutional sales.
Location: Trivandrum
Experience: 0–3 years
Industry: Sportswear / Activewear / Apparel preferred
What you'll do:
• Onboard retail chains and B2B/institutional clients
• Build relationships with buyers, category managers & decision-makers
• Drive sales targets, listings, bulk orders & repeat business
• Handle negotiations, pricing, margins & trade terms
• Develop custom jersey/uniform opportunities with teams, academies, schools & corporates
• Travel across Mumbai and other key markets
What we're looking for:
Strong B2B / Key Account / Modern Trade sales experience
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Target-driven and relationship-focused
Willingness to travel extensively
Hindi + English; Marathi is a plus
Passion for sports & fitness is a bonus
Competitive salary + performance incentives + travel allowance
