Lingotran( part of NR group) is a curriculum-aligned language practice platform designed to accelerate foreign language acquisition through structured, high-frequency reinforcement. We support French, Spanish, and German as of now.

Lingotran trains learners to master core structural patterns so they can fluidly generate sentences and think directly in the target language. Highly adaptable and scalable, the platform uniquely caters to multiple academic and professional curricula simultaneouslyincluding CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB MYP, DELF, and DELE—making it an indispensable companion layer that empowers schools, universities, and language institutes to drastically improve student fluency.

We are a small, fast-moving team, and this is our first dedicated marketing hire. You will shape the function, not inherit a playbook.

Job Description:

What this job actually is:

You are the person who builds and runs the machinery to get Lingotran into new schools, colleges, and language institutions. You will combine deep online research with direct personal outreach.

Your daily toolkit:

• Clay (for taking raw lists and finding data points like curriculum types or exact email addresses)

• Instantly (for setting up and launching daily automated email outreach campaigns)

• Claude / ChatGPT (for researching target schools and refining email copy so it gets replies)

• LinkedIn (for manually searching, mapping out school hierarchies, and sending personalized direct messages)

• Email

What you will do every single day:

Run lead enrichment flows: Use Clay to take messy target lists and automatically scrape the missing data points (like finding out if a college uses a university-specific syllabus).

Launch automated campaigns: Write short, sharp email hooks using Claude/ChatGPT, drop them into Instantly, and schedule outbound sequences to target deans, trustees, and language heads.

Execute manual LinkedIn mapping: Individually look up international schools or engineering colleges. Map out exactly who the Principal is, who the Head of Languages is, and the teachers and message them directly on LinkedIn.

Organize the pipeline chaos: You will be responsible for manually tracking who replied, organizing these status updates, and setting up clean pipeline views from scratch so no prospective demo is lost.

Why this is not a standardized corporate bucket:

The role changes based on what works. You aren't just an email-sender. One week you might focus heavily on data scraping via Clay; the next week you might switch completely to writing hyper-targeted personal messages on LinkedIn to clear a bottleneck.

You are building the template, not following one. If you need a perfectly structured CRM dashboard handed to you on day one, this isn't for you. You are the one putting the messy pieces into order. If you cannot stay fluid or default to action when things are unorganized, you will struggle here.
