Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Marketing Lead based in Surat. The Growth Marketing Lead will design and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across digital and offline channels. Responsibilities include planning and running growth experiments, optimizing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating closely with sales, product, and project teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. The role also involves managing marketing funnels, overseeing content and performance marketing initiatives, and identifying new market opportunities in India and international regions. The Growth Marketing Lead will contribute to brand positioning, support B2B lead generation, and ensure consistent reporting on campaign outcomes to leadership.

Must Have:

7–10+ years in marketing, minimum 3 years B2B

Experience with Australian, UK or US markets

Hands-on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO and email marketing

HubSpot Marketing Hub experience

Has owned an ad budget and can show results in numbers (leads, cost per lead, revenue)

Has led a small team and built quarterly marketing plans

Excellent written English and fast email response

Qualifications:

• Preferred industry: hospitality supply, building products, industrial or B2B distribution
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, stakeholder collaboration, and cross-functional coordination.
• Candidates should possess Growth Hacking expertise to design experiments, test new channels, and scale successful marketing initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support B2B lead generation, nurture prospects, and align marketing tactics with revenue goals.
• Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple campaigns and initiatives on time.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO/SEM, social media ads, analytics tools such as Google Analytics) is highly beneficial.
• Relevant experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, preferably in B2B or technology-driven businesses.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat and collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
