    About this role

GROWTH MARKETER - PAID SOCIAL, LIFECYCLE & COMMUNITY

Remote, with meaningful overlap with Central European working hours

Full-time employment or freelance contract - we are open to either

    Working language: English

    THE ROLE IN ONE SENTENCE

Own our paid social engine end to end, produce the creative volume it needs to keep working, sell more into the customer base we already have, and build our presence in the community our buyers actually trust.

    ABOUT US

We build tools and services that fill the gaps Microsoft leaves in Microsoft 365, Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory management. Our products are used daily by around 5,000 IT administrators in more than 100 countries, and they remove the dependency on PowerShell and half a dozen fragmented admin portals for teams running hybrid Microsoft environments.

We are bootstrapped, small, and profitable-minded. Decisions get made in a day, not a quarter. There is no marketing department for you to join - you would be it.

    WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

Meta is our best-performing acquisition channel. It outperforms the alternatives we have tested, and it reaches our buyer where they actually are. We are now at the point where it deserves a dedicated owner, and that is what this role is.

This is a build role rather than a maintain role. You will inherit a channel that works and the context behind why it works, along with a mandate to make it repeatable and then scale it.

    WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Phase 1, months 1 to 3: make the engine repeatable

    - Learn and document the current Meta motion: winning angles, audiences, geos, cost per lead

    - Take over day-to-day campaign management, testing and budget allocation

    - Build a creative production pipeline: concepts, hooks, ad copy, static and short-form video

    - Establish baseline reporting: lead volume, cost per lead, CTR, frequency, CPM, and creative half-life

Phase 2, months 3 to 9: scale acquisition, and sell into the existing base

    - Increase creative throughput so fatigue never caps performance

    - Expand into new geographies and audience segments - our market is global and our spend is not

    - Build the email motion that sells additional products into our existing customer base: segmentation, campaign design, sequences and measurement

    - Improve lead quality, not just lead volume

Phase 3, month 6 onward: earned reach and new channels

    - Build our founder-led presence in whatever places our buyers actually pay attention to, and figure out which those are

    - Develop creator and influencer partnerships in the IT admin, MSP and Microsoft ecosystem

    - Evaluate other channels on evidence, not fashion

    WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO

To be explicit, because small-company roles tend to sprawl:

    - No sales prospecting or SDR work. The outreach in this role is aimed at media, communities and creators, not at individual buyers

    - No customer support

    - No enterprise sales or demo calls

    - No brand campaigns without a measurable demand goal attached

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    Required

    - 3+ years running paid social for B2B SaaS or B2B Software, with real budget ownership and results you can talk through in detail

    - You produce creative yourself. Copy, static concepts, simple screen-recorded video. You are not dependent on an agency or a design queue

    - Experience with email and lifecycle marketing to an existing customer base, not only new acquisition

    - AI is already part of how you work. You use it for creative variants, copy, audience and competitor research, campaign analysis or follow-up automation, and you can show us specifically how

    - Genuinely curious about new tools and new routes to market. The way this audience gets reached in two years will not be the way it gets reached today, and we want someone who goes looking for that rather than waiting to be told

    - Comfortable working from a hypothesis and a spreadsheet rather than a documented process

    - Analytical by instinct: you look at frequency and CTR trends before you look at spend

    - Excellent written English

    Nice to have

    - Experience marketing to technical audiences: IT admins, developers, MSPs

    - A track record of earning attention without paying for it, through media, communities or creators

    - Video editing skills

    - Any familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem

    Who this might suit

This may suit a freelancer who wants one client and a bigger canvas than project work allows, or someone who has run their own product or agency and now wants to do the work without also owning payroll, pricing and everything else.

HOW WE WILL JUDGE THE FIRST YEAR

    - Qualified leads per month, and cost per lead

    - Volume of distinct creative concepts shipped per month

    - Revenue generated from the existing customer base

    - Earned placements landed, and the audience they reached

    - At least one additional acquisition channel validated or credibly ruled out by month 9

    PRACTICALITIES

    - Fully remote

    - Compensation is based on experience and location, as a salary or a day rate depending on which model suits you, and discussed openly early in the process

    - You own the full acquisition budget, currently in the low six figures (EUR) annually, with room to grow it if the numbers justify it

    HOW TO APPLY

Use the Apply button. A CV on its own will not tell us much, so please include a short note covering:

    1. One paid social account you have run, and what you changed to improve it

    2. Two or three examples of ad creative you personally made, or links to them

    3. How you actually use AI in your day-to-day marketing work - concrete examples, not tool names

    4. Whether you are looking for employment or freelance work, where you are based, and what you would expect to be paid

We are more interested in what you shipped than where you worked. No cover letter templates, please. A few honest paragraphs is plenty. Applications without the four points above will not be shortlisted.
