Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Growth and Performance Marketing Specialist. The specialist will develop and implement strategies to drive growth, optimize performance, and enhance customer engagement. Responsibilities will include managing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating with different teams, and executing sales strategies. The role requires a balance of analytical and creative thinking to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Mature sensibilities and proven record of scaling a D2C brand in its zero to one journey
• Excellent at Google, Meta, Amazon n Qcom ads and deliverables with profitable margins
• Proficiency in Growth Hacking strategies to identify innovative ways to drive growth and customer retention
• As a key driver of revenue through efficiency in managing growth opetations the agility and the passion to figure out marketplace opportunitues and manage end to end listing and optimisation respobsibility.
• Project Management skills to efficiently execute, manage, and monitor multiple campaigns
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Background in digital marketing or relevant experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
