Group Product Manager - Quick Commerce & Marketplace

Role Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious, data-obsessed, and speed-driven Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead our Quick Commerce & Marketplace Product Pods. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution across consumer-facing experience, marketplace supply/merchant ecosystems, inventory discovery, and high-frequency delivery loops.

You will mentor and lead a team of Product Managers while partnering directly with Business, Engineering, Operations, and Design leaders to drive exponential GMV growth, customer retention (LTV), unit economics, and 10-minute delivery SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the multi-year product roadmap for the Quick Commerce marketplace - spanning customer discovery, search & personalization, seller/brand onboarding, pricing engine, catalog management, and checkout conversions.

- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and build a team of high-performing Product Managers. Drive a culture of rapid experimentation, high velocity, and rigorous product quality.

- Marketplace & Supply Dynamics: Architect product levers for vendor/seller portals, brand advertising solutions, dark-store inventory visibility, dynamic pricing, and promo mechanics to build a balanced, high-margin marketplace ecosystem.

- Retention, LTV & Funnel Optimization: Work closely with Growth and Marketing to design habit-forming user journeys, subscription models, basket expansion algorithms, and personalized re-engagement triggers.

- Speed & Operations Integration: Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure seamless integration between marketplace catalog depth and 10-minute dark store fulfillment SLAs.

- Data & Analytics Rigor: Establish core metric frameworks across funnel conversion rates, search-to-cart ratios, order frequency, cohort retention (D7/D30), seller SLAs, and delivery cost per order.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

- Relevant Experience: 8 - 12+ years of core product management experience, with at least 3 - 5 years in a leadership role managing PMs within Quick Commerce, Food Delivery, Hyperlocal, or 3P E-commerce Marketplaces.

- Proven Track Record: Experience scaling products from 0 - 1 and 1 - 100, driving multi-crore GMV impacts, and improving overall unit economics.

- Marketplace Domain Mastery: Deep understanding of seller mechanics, catalog architecture, dynamic pricing models, ad tech/sponsored listings, and hyper-local supply matching.

- Velocity & Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup environment (Moves Fast & Ships Fast).

- Technical & Analytical Horsepower: Hands-on experience with SQL, analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Clevertap, Google Analytics), wireframing, and structured A/B testing methodologies.
