GRC Corporate Trainer | Part-time Trainer | Remote

Role Description The GRC Corporate Trainer will design and deliver training programs focused on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) for learners preparing for IT and corporate roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting instructor-led classroom sessions, creating and updating training materials and presentations, and facilitating interactive discussions and practice exercises. The trainer will assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and support interview preparation through mock sessions and mentorship. This is a part-time, on-site role based in India, requiring regular presence at the training location and close collaboration with the Thinkcloudly academic and operations teams.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance concepts, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., ISO standards, regulatory requirements, risk management processes).
• Experience delivering corporate or academic training, with skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom facilitation.
• Ability to explain complex technical and compliance topics in a clear, structured, and engaging manner to diverse learner groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation, public speaking, and professional documentation abilities.
• Comfort with IT and cloud-related domains, and willingness to stay current with rapidly changing technology and industry trends.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a learner-centric mindset, with the ability to mentor and guide individuals preparing for interviews.
• Prior experience in GRC, IT audit, information security, or related corporate roles is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in GRC or compliance are an advantage.
