Graphic Designer

204,000 followers later, people still ask us the same question...Who's making your creatives

Truth is, it's never been about hacks. It's about understanding people.

We've built @offlinebyhappyhour into a community of 195K+ followers, and this is just the beginning. Now we're looking for the person who'll help us write the next chapter.

Not just a designer, a storyteller. (MUST HAVE TRAVEL CONTENT OR SOME COOL IG WORTHY VIDEOS EXPERIENCE).

Someone who sees a viral reel and immediately starts breaking down the hook, pacing, transitions, music, and why people watched till the end.Someone who's slightly obsessed with making every second count.

Here's what we're looking for -

• You know how to make creatives that stop the scroll.

• You understand storytelling, pacing, and retention.

• You can turn raw data into content people actually want to watch.

• You have a great eye for music, trends, captions, and visual storytelling.

• You don't wait for instructions, you come with ideas.

But more than your designing skills, we're hiring for mindset.

At Happy Hour, we're a young team that's ridiculously ambitious. We're building a category, not just a company.

We're hungry, we move fast, we experiment, we fail, we learn, and then we build again. There are no passengers here, everyone has a seat at the table and a chance to shape what this brand becomes. If your dream is to join a comfortable company with fixed processes and predictable days, we're probably not for you.But if you want to look back five years from now and say, I helped build that, let's talk.

• No generic resumes.Email your portfolio along with why should we hire you to [HIDDEN TEXT].
• Let's build content people can't stop watching.
