Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills and hands-on experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI-powered design/video tools.

You will be responsible for creating engaging graphics, social media creatives, marketing materials, promotional content, and short-form AI-generated videos that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative designs for social media posts, banners, advertisements, campaigns, websites, and marketing materials.
• Design engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other digital platforms.
• Create promotional creatives for products, services, events, and campaigns.
• Develop short-form videos, reels, animations, and promotional videos.
• Use AI tools to generate and enhance videos, images, graphics, and creative concepts.
• Create designs using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, typography, colors, layouts, and visual identity.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, product, and development teams to understand creative requirements.
• Convert concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Resize and optimize creatives for different platforms and formats.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI creative tools, social media trends, and visual content styles.
• Handle multiple design tasks and deliver creatives within deadlines.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong knowledge of Canva.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience creating social media creatives and digital marketing designs.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
• Experience with AI-generated images and videos.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Pika, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to understand design briefs and convert them into creative outputs.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
