Responsibilities:

• Study design briefs and understand project requirements and objectives
• Conceptualise visuals and develop creative ideas based on briefs
• Create designs including illustrations, social media creatives, logos and marketing collaterals
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for feedback
• Use appropriate colors, typography and layouts to create effective visual communication
• Collaborate with copywriters and creative teams to produce final designs
• Adapt designs across different formats and platforms (digital, print, social, etc.)
• Test graphics across various media to ensure consistency and quality
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback
• Ensure all outputs are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines
• Manage timelines and deliver projects within deadlines

Must Have Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media, branding and packaging design
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and composition
• Good eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
• Ability to take a brief and turn it into a strong visual concept
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
