Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, highly skilled, and dynamic Graphic Designer cum Social Media Manager to drive visual branding, media production, and digital presence at our Greater Noida campus. The ideal candidate will be a multi-talented creative who can design high-quality graphics, capture and edit engaging video reels/shorts, plan content calendars, and manage all social media platforms end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation
•Design creatives including admission banners, posters, brochures, event flyers, digital ads, and social media carousels.
•Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital and print mediums.
•Expertise in Canva, CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
2. Video Production & Editing
•Capture high-quality video footage on campus (events, workshops, student testimonials, campus life, guest lectures).
•Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts ) and long-form YouTube videos.
•Add motion graphics, trending audio, transitions, and captions using top video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, VN Editor, etc.).
3. Social Media Strategy & Calendar Management
•Develop, schedule, and maintain a monthly/weekly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
•Write engaging captions, research trending hashtags, and optimize posts for maximum reach and engagement.
•Monitor channel analytics, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
4. Community Engagement & On-Campus Coordination
•Respond to inquiries, direct messages, and comments on social media platforms.
•Collaborate with faculty, student committees, and event teams to cover campus activities live.
Required Skills & Qualifications
•Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, reel creation, and social media management (prior experience in an educational institution or agency handling education clients is a plus).
•Technical Expertise:
oDesign Tools: Canva, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
oVideo Editing Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, VN Editor, or similar tools.
oSocial Media Platforms: Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook algorithms, and posting practices.
•Shooting Capabilities: Hands-on experience operating smartphones (iPhones/high-end Androids) and/or DSLR/Mirrorless cameras with basic lighting and audio setups.
•Language & Communication: Excellent written English skills for writing compelling captions and post copy.
