Graphic Design Intern

Key responsibilities:

Graphic design

• Create social media creatives (posts, carousels, stories, banners) for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X
• Design marketing collateral: brochures, flyers, posters, presentations and email templates
• Make ad creatives for paid campaigns and adapt them to different sizes and formats
• Follow brand guidelines and help keep visuals consistent across channels

Video content

• Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts) of 1590 seconds
• Add captions, motion text, transitions, music and basic sound clean-up
• Turn long videos, webinars and events into short clips and teasers
• Create simple animated graphics and explainer videos

Content writing

• Write captions, hooks and hashtags for social media posts
• Draft video scripts and storyboards for Reels and promotional videos
• Write short copy for ads, landing pages, newsletters and blog posts
• Proofread content before it goes live

Marketing support

• Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar with the marketing team
• Track post performance (reach, engagement, views) and suggest improvements
• Research trends, formats and competitor content for fresh ideas

What we're looking for

Must have

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, Fine Arts or a related field
• A portfolio showing graphic design work and at least 2–3 edited videos
• Working knowledge of Canva and at least one of Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma
• Hands-on video editing with Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar
• Clear, error-free written English; Hindi is a plus for regional content
• Good sense of layout, colour, typography and visual storytelling
