Graphic Design Associate - Junior/Interns

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience working with numerous different design platforms, such as digital and print formats.

Key Responsibilities:-

Conceptualising design concepts and visuals based on the requirements.

Prepare rough drafts and present new ideas for brand design.

Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content.

Creating graphics, layouts, and illustrations for branded content on the website, social media platforms, and email communication with customers.

Working closely with copywriters and the content team to understand the requirements and align the final output.

Ensuring Brand guidelines and the appeal of final graphics and layouts.

Testing graphics across media and making refinements based on the effectiveness.

Assisting the performance marketing team with content for advertising campaigns.

Requirements:-

1. Proven graphic design experience is a must for an on-roll position.

2. Strong portfolio of illustrations and graphics.

3. Proficiency in using design software and technologies such as Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.

4. The ability and strong interest in working in a fast-paced environment.

5. The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

7. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creative design.

Qualification and Experience:-

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

2. 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in graphic design.

3. Freshers: No experience required for internship & training programmes (Paid)

Duration of Internship = 6 months.

Salary: 5,000/- to 30,000/- (The rest will depend on the design assessment round)

Location: Dehradun/Onsite.

Shift Timing:- 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.(Full-time)
