Purpose of the Position

The role supports the HR Talent Acquisition team by

coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling interviews,

and engaging with internal stakeholders. It focuses on

sourcing quality talent while assisting in day-to-day HR

operations and assigned team responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with

candidates and hiring managers

• Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand

hiring requirements

• Supporting the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing

and identifying quality talent for various positions

• Assisting in screening profiles and maintaining

candidate databases

• Managing communication between candidates and

internal teams during the hiring process

• Handling internal coordination and documentation

related to recruitment activities

• Supporting day-to-day HR operations and other tasks

assigned by the team.
