Graduate Engineer Trainee - ELV, Building Management Systems Security Systems

Are you an aspiring engineer passionate about technology, innovation, and creating smarter and safer buildings
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in engineering, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced building and security technologies. You will work alongside experienced engineers and industry professionals, gaining practical exposure to real-world projects across commercial buildings, data centres, infrastructure, and other critical facilities.
As part of the Engineering Commissioning team, you will:
- Assist in engineering, installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV and integrated building technology systems.
- Gain exposure to Electronic Security Systems, including CCTV surveillance, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and perimeter security solutions.
- Learn and work on Building Management Systems including integration of HVAC, lighting, and other building services.
- Understand Fire Life Safety systems and their integration with other building technologies.
- Support system configuration, programming, troubleshooting, and performance testing.
- Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, system architecture, and project documentation.
- Work with project teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of projects in line with quality and safety standards.
- Participate in site surveys, inspections, testing, commissioning, and customer handovers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, consultants, and technology partners.
- Follow established EHS guidelines and ensure safe working practices at project sites.
Requirements
We are looking for enthusiastic and curious engineering graduates who are keen to learn, explore new technologies, and build a career in the Fire Security and Building Technology industry.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering.
- Bachelors degree in Instrumentation Engineering.
- Bachelors degree in Electronics Communication Engineering
Skills Competencies
- Strong interest in engineering, automation, electronics, and emerging technologies.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits, electronics, networking, and control systems.
- Interest in CCTV, Access Control, BMS, Fire Life Safety, and integrated ELV solutions.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Willingness to work at customer project sites and travel as per business requirements.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- A proactive attitude, learning agility, and commitment to delivering quality work.
