Job Title - Graduate Apprentice Trainee

Nature of Engagement - 12 Months- Fixed Term Contract

Eligibility Qualification

Minimum 65% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in Engineering 2026 Passout students

Eligible Streams

Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Year of Passing - 2026 pass-outs only

Stipend

250000 Consolidated per month, payable as per the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961,20,500 per month from Nokia and 4,500 per month directly from NATS

Department Training & Working Conditions

Apprentices may be required to work in a 247 rotational shift environment, including night shifts, as per training requirements and statutory provisions

Free food and Transport facility. Coverage under Group Medical Insurance for 5 Lacs Self and Dependent. Group Personal Accident & Group Term Insurance will be Min 20 Lacs.

Leaves entitled for 28 Annual Leaves and 12 Sick leaves

Role/Responsibility

Understand manufacturing processes and production flow.
• Learn ERP, MES, and shop-floor system interactions.
• Understand ISA-95 manufacturing hierarchy.
• Understand Work-in-Progress (WIP) tracking.
• Learn quality management and non-conformance handling and cyber security
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts
• Proficiency in Python programming for data analysis and automation

Hands-on experience with Power Query for data transformation and reporting

Familiarity with Power Automate for workflow automation and process optimization
