Position Overview:

Glamwood Interiors is looking for a Google Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and performance marketing. The candidate will be responsible for running and optimizing paid campaigns, generating qualified leads, increasing website traffic, and reaching the right target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, and ad optimization.
• Generate high-quality leads through performance marketing campaigns while continuously analyzing and optimizing CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and campaign ROI to improve overall campaign performance.
• Drive relevant traffic to the company website and improve website conversions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / Performance Marketing.
• Strong practical knowledge of setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns independently.
• Proven understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Experience with keyword research, campaign optimization, audience targeting, bidding, and ad copy.
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Google Ads certification is an added advantage.
