Google Ads Specialist- CSA Role

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage customer inquiries through emails, and chats to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels (digital marketing) to drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products or services, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing concerns, offering solutions, and escalating complex issues when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in a similar role within the internet industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including Google Ads management.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over various platforms (phone/email/chat).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
