Global Events Head

Role Description The Global Events Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of Della's global event portfolio. This role oversees end-to-end event lifecycle management, including event production, branding, execution, licenses, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-the-ground operations for conferences, forums, and member engagements. The Global Events Head collaborates with leadership, marketing, sales, and community teams to align events with brand objectives, member experience goals, and growth targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing event calendars, budgets, and timelines; negotiating with partners and suppliers; monitoring event performance metrics; and continuously improving event formats based on feedback and data. The role also includes hiring and mentoring event teams, ensuring consistent quality standards, and representing Della at key events as a senior point of contact.

Should be willing to travel 3 weeks a month and should be having a valid passport.

International experience in curating and executing events in USA will be preferred.
