    About this role

    About the Company/Team

Oracle's Global Finance Information Center (GFIC) in Bangalore is a strategic shared-services center supporting Oracle's global Finance operations. Within GFIC, the Accounts Receivable Center of Excellence manages global invoice-delivery operations and supports Oracle's response to the evolving global e-invoicing and e-reporting landscape.

    Job Summary

The Global E-Invoicing Business Analyst will support the design, implementation, and rollout of e-invoicing and e-reporting capabilities across multiple countries.

This role serves as a bridge between country-specific regulatory and business requirements and the teams responsible for delivering scalable global solutions, including Tax, Finance, IT, Legal/Compliance, local teams, and external e-invoicing service providers.

The Business Analyst will own business analysis deliverables for assigned country implementations and coordinate activities across the implementation lifecycle—from regulatory discovery and requirements definition through data mapping, testing, go-live, and stabilization—while promoting the reuse of global standards and solution components.

    Location: Bangalore, India

    Level: IC2/ IC3

    Experience Required: 6-8 years

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze and document country-specific e-invoicing and e-reporting requirements in collaboration with Tax, Legal/Compliance, and local teams, including invoice formats, mandatory data elements, validation rules, and submission, clearance, or reporting models.
    • Translate regulatory and business requirements into clear functional and system requirements, documenting assumptions, decisions, gaps, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
    • Map e-invoicing requirements to ERP, billing, tax, customer, vendor, and other relevant source-system data; identify gaps and coordinate their resolution.
    • Collaborate with Tax, Finance, Legal/Compliance, IT, local teams, and external service providers to support solution design, integration, and implementation.
    • Coordinate assigned country rollout activities spanning discovery, design, data mapping, testing, readiness assessment, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
    • Develop and support test scenarios, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), invoice-data validation, defect resolution, and end-to-end testing across standard and exception scenarios.
    • Track implementation milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and open issues; provide timely stakeholder updates and escalate blockers as appropriate.
    • Maintain standardized implementation documentation and promote reuse of global requirements, templates, mappings, and solution components while accommodating valid country-specific requirements.

    Qualifications & Skills

    Mandatory

    • Experience analyzing and translating business and/or regulatory requirements into functional and system requirements.
    • Experience with data analysis and field mapping across enterprise systems or data sources.
    • Experience supporting end-to-end implementations or rollouts, including requirements gathering, testing, readiness, go-live, and stabilization activities.
    • Experience developing or supporting test scenarios, UAT, data validation, and defect resolution.
    • Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders, including business, Finance/Tax, technology teams, local teams, and/or external providers.
    • Ability to track and manage implementation risks, dependencies, milestones, open issues, and documentation.
    • Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

    Good-to-Have

    • Prior exposure to e-invoicing and/or e-reporting implementations.
    • Understanding of country-specific electronic invoicing models, such as submission, clearance, and reporting.
    • Experience working across ERP, billing, tax, customer, or vendor data environments.
    • Experience supporting multi-country or global implementations.
    • Exposure to Finance, Accounts Receivable, invoice delivery, tax compliance, or related processes.
    • Experience working with external e-invoicing or technology service providers.
