Role & responsibilities

• Skills and attributes for success Strong analytical and data science skills, with the ability to work with behavioral, engagement, and risk data to generate meaningful insight. Hands-on familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and tools, and a track record of applying them to solve practical problems. Understanding of behavioral science, psychology, or human risk principles and how they translate into measurable behaviors. Ability to translate complex data and AI analysis into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical and executive audiences. Strong data visualization and storytelling skills. Curiosity, creativity, and a bias toward experimentation and continuous improvement. Ability to collaborate across functions, levels, and geographic regions. Sound judgment in the ethical and responsible use of data and AI. Ability to understand and integrate cultural differences and motivations across global teams. Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.

• To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelors degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Information Security, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Two or more years of experience in data analytics, data science, behavioral analytics, human risk measurement, or a related field. Demonstrated experience applying AI or machine learning tools and techniques to real-world problems. Experience using data, metrics, surveys, or other assessment methods to measure effectiveness and inform decision-making. Experience leveraging AI productivity tools such as MS Copilot.
