Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-24 years of experience in hospital administration or related field (healthcare operations).
  
• Proven track record in managing large-scale hospitals or medical institutions.
  
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
  
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
