General Manager ( Operations ) Plant Head ( Electronics Manufacturing)

Roles and Responsibilities

The GM ( Operations ) / Plant Head will be responsible for Customer interaction regarding production status, New product introduction, Daily, weekly and monthly production and Interactions with other Plants of the company.

He/ She has to take care of Production planning, manpower allotment, achieving Manual assembly targets, Monitoring KIPs, Maintaining QMS activities.

Desired Candidate Profile: Candidates preferred with 20-25 years of work experience in the ELECTRONIC MANUFACTURING industry.

Preference to Diploma in Electronics Engineering and Graduate Electronic Engineers or MSc Electronics .

Mechanical Engineers with 100% experience in electronics manufacturing may also be considered.

Candidates from auto ancillaries which do assembly of speedometers, electrical and electronic parts are also preferred.

Candidates from all other industries need not apply.

Fluency in English is definitely an advantage.
