The Role

As General Manager, Medical Services, you will bridge our consultants, clinical departments, and hospital leadership. You will oversee medical operations, maintain high clinical standards, and make it easy for good doctors to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day medical services and coordinate across clinical departments, OT, ICU, nursing, and diagnostics
• Work closely with consultants and visiting doctors on onboarding, scheduling, privileges, and engagement
• Ensure clinical protocols, SOPs, and patient safety standards are followed consistently
• Sustain NABH compliance in partnership with the Quality team
• Track clinical and operational KPIs (turnaround times, occupancy, patient flow, incidents) and act on the findings
• Resolve clinical and operational escalations quickly and fairly
• Support new service line launches and clinical program development
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Report to senior leadership with clear, data-backed updates

What We're Looking For

• 8 to 10 years of experience in hospital operations or medical administration, with a meaningful part at a senior level
• Proven experience working with doctors and managing multi-department teams
• Working knowledge of NABH standards and hospital workflows
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Comfort with data, dashboards, and reporting
• Graduate degree required; MHA/MBA (Hospital or Healthcare Management) or a medical qualification preferred
