General Manager - Gym Operations

Role Overview:

As the General Manager of Gym Operations in Gurugram, you will serve as the strategic leader responsible for the end-to-end excellence of our fitness facilities. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring that every touchpoint - from equipment maintenance and safety protocols to member engagement - meets our premium service standards. You will work closely with regional leadership, facility managers, and sales teams to drive revenue growth while fostering a culture of health and high performance. By balancing operational efficiency with a relentless focus on customer experience, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our footprint and solidifying our brand presence in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end P&L management for multiple fitness centers to ensure profitability, cost optimization, and achievement of annual financial targets.

- Drive sales performance by mentoring teams to exceed membership acquisition and retention goals through effective CRM utilization and lead management.

- Oversee comprehensive facilities management, ensuring that gym infrastructure, hygiene standards, and equipment maintenance are consistently aligned with safety regulations and premium brand expectations.

- Implement robust inventory management systems to track assets and supplies, minimizing wastage while ensuring seamless availability of essential resources.

- Cultivate a high-performance culture by managing, training, and motivating cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and personalized member experiences.

- Develop and execute annual budgets, providing detailed financial forecasting and variance analysis to senior stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

- Monitor and enhance safety management protocols across all locations to mitigate risks and ensure a secure, compliant environment for both members and staff.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale operations within the fitness or luxury hospitality industry, with a proven track record of handling P&L responsibilities for 8 - 14 years.

- Exceptional ability to lead and inspire diverse teams, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes professional growth and operational excellence.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret CRM data and financial reports to refine sales strategies and improve customer retention rates.

- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with high-net-worth clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

- Deep understanding of facility maintenance, safety compliance, and inventory logistics, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
