Role Description The Furniture Merchandiser is a full-time, on-site role based in West Delhi. This role involves planning and executing in-store furniture displays, ensuring an appealing and cohesive visual merchandising experience. The Furniture Merchandiser will manage product placement, signage, and layout to maximize sales and enhance customer engagement. Daily tasks include coordinating with the sales team, monitoring stock levels on the floor, updating displays based on new arrivals or promotions, and gathering customer feedback on store presentation. The role also requires maintaining store standards, supporting promotional events, and collaborating with management to align merchandising strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Proven Sales and Retail experience to drive product visibility and store performance.
• Basic Marketing knowledge to support in-store promotions and visual merchandising strategies.
• Attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and the ability to design attractive furniture and lighting displays.
• Ability to work on-site full time in West Delhi and manage physical merchandising tasks.
• Prior experience in furniture, home décor, or lighting retail is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
