Responsibilities

• Build high-performance REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Build responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies.
• Integrate AI/LLM services and APIs into enterprise governance and continuous assurance applications.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and platform scalability for high-concurrency environments.
• Explore and implement emerging AI, LLMs, and Generative AI technologies into product features.
• Work closely with Product, AI, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver robust enterprise software.
• Contribute actively to system architecture, performance optimization, and platform reliability.
• Deploy and maintain cloud-native applications using Docker and AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional Python backend development experience (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience building scalable REST APIs and Microservices.
• Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform cloud environments.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software architecture.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills in distributed environments.
• Experience working in collaborative Agile software development workflows.

• Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI Agents.
• Experience with LangChain, MCP (Model Context Protocol), or Vector Databases.
• Experience building multi-tenant Enterprise SaaS products.
