About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of experience in building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a solid understanding of frontend and backend development, RESTful APIs, and application architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the Full stack.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases, including schemas, queries, and indexes.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services into web applications.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application performance and technical issues.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and application design decisions.
• Follow best practices for application security, performance optimization, and version control.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development using React & Nodejs.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, including hooks, component architecture, state management, and reusable components.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience designing and working with MongoDB, including aggregation pipelines, indexing, and query optimization.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, and event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as JWT and OAuth.
• Understanding of responsive design, web security, and performance optimization.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or other state management solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
