About a minute. You'll make an account on the way through.

    About this role

    AI-First Full Stack Developer

    Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

    Experience: 1 - 3 years

    CTC: 3 - 4 LPA

    Reports to: Tech Lead

    About the company:

Ecultify is a creative-tech agency. Most of what we build is for brands: campaign microsites, games, WhatsApp bots and voice bots, plus the internal tools that keep it all running. We're setting up an in-house dev team, and this is one of its first hires.

We change how we work often. When a new model, tool or agent workflow looks useful, we try it on a real project that week. You'll be part of that, testing things, keeping what works and dropping what doesn't. You'll own features end to end and ship to live clients within your first month.

    What you'll do:

    • Build full-stack apps and campaign microsites, usually on agency timelines (days, sometimes hours).

    • Design APIs, database schemas and backend logic for client work and internal tools.

    • Put AI into products: LLM APIs, RAG over client data, chatbots, voice agents, image and video generation.

    • Build automations that connect forms, CRMs, WhatsApp, sheets and email.

    • Try out new AI tools and agentic workflows, and write up what's worth adopting for the team.

    • Deploy and maintain projects on Vercel, Netlify, VPS, and shared hosting.

    Must have:

    • Proficient in AI-assisted development: agentic coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex), spec-driven development, context engineering (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, rules files), and reviewing generated code before it ships. We want engineers who direct the AI, not vibe coders..

    • JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.

    • React or Next.js.

    • Node.js on the backend (API routes, Express or server actions).

    • One relational database, PostgreSQL or MySQL (Supabase counts).

    • At least one project built on an LLM API that you can explain properly: prompts, token costs, where it breaks.

    • Git and GitHub, and getting a project from localhost to a live URL.

    • Auth basics, env variables, not leaking API keys or user data.

    Good to have:

    • Tailwind, shadcn/ui.

    • Drizzle or Prisma; Convex or Firebase.

    • Python.

    • MCP servers (built or integrated), tool calling, multi-agent setups.

    • Prompt engineering and basic evals for LLM output.

    • Make.com, n8n or Zapier.

    • WhatsApp Business API, ManyChat.

    • Voice AI (Vapi, ElevenLabs, Deepgram).

    • WordPress/Elementor, since plenty of client sites still run on it.

    • Any agency or freelance experience.

    You'll fit in if:

    • you've probably already tried the tool we're about to mention.

    • you'd rather show a rough working demo than a plan.

    • you ask when you're stuck instead of going quiet for two days.

    • your GitHub says more about you than your degree does.

    How to apply:

Send your resume along with 2–3 links to work you have built, such as live apps, repositories, or demo videos. At least one project should include a real backend.

Please send your application to [HIDDEN TEXT] & [HIDDEN TEXT].
