About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience building production-grade applications using Node.js, MongoDB, Next.js, Supabase, PostgreSQL. This is a hybrid role based out of our Gurgaon office — candidates must be located in or around Gurgaon (non-negotiable).
You are expected to handle clients projects independently, without hand-holding — owning requirement understanding, execution, and delivery end-to-end.

- 3-4 years of professional full stack development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and MongoDB (must-have)
- TypeScript as the default language for all code
- Working proficiency with Next.js
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Experience with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth)
- Good understanding of database schema design, queries, and indexing
- Experience with Supabase and Firebase
- Experience with MongoDB Atlas Vector Search or similar vector databases
- Experience integrating the OpenAI API (embeddings, function calling, streaming) and building RAG pipelines
- Hands-on use of AI coding tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude, with the ability to review AI-generated code critically
- Experience with Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Storage)
- Comfortable with Git, Docker, and basic CI/CD
Good to Have
- Familiarity with TSOA for API development
- Understanding of financial/business workflows — sales orders, invoicing, shipments, purchase orders
- Basic understanding of accounting entries (debit/credit, ledgers)
- Exposure to ERP, SaaS, or B2B product environments
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, or similar)
- Knowledge of web performance optimisation
