Front Office Coordinator (TBS-F.O-26)

The British School, New Delhi is seeking to appoint an experienced Front Office Coordinator to manage the smooth and efficient functioning of the School's front desk. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing calls and queries, coordinating the ID card and parking sticker processes, and liaising with parents, departments and the security team.

The appointee should be a graduate or postgraduate with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and have advanced knowledge of MS Office and experience working with complex databases. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and a solution-focused approach are essential.

The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and service-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, handle difficult conversations calmly and work collaboratively across departments to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the School.
