Front Office Associate - Female

Baale Resort Goa is looking for a warm, professional, and guest-focused Front Office Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional approach.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Manage guest requests, queries, and concerns while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth guest experiences.
• Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest information accurately.
• Maintain proper records and ensure adherence to Front Office procedures.
• Assist with guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure a smooth and memorable experience for every guest.
  

Requirements:

• 
  Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a hotel/resort
• .Good communication and interpersonal skills
• .Pleasant personality with a strong guest-service orientation
• .Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• .Willingness to work evening shifts is required
• .Knowledge of hotel PMS/Front Office systems will be an advantage
