Role Overview

RARY Footcare & Wellness is looking for a confident, organised and customer-friendly Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to manage reception, appointments, billing and day-to-day customer coordination at our wellness centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally at the front desk.
• Handle customer enquiries, calls and WhatsApp communication.
• Manage appointments, bookings, rescheduling and cancellations.
• Handle billing, invoices, payment collection and daily payment records.
• Explain services, packages, memberships and ongoing offers.
• Maintain customer details, appointment records and basic daily reports.
• Coordinate with the centre team to ensure smooth customer flow.
• Collect customer feedback and assist with follow-ups and repeat bookings.
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception area.
  

Candidate Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in front desk, reception, billing or customer service.
• Experience in a salon, spa, wellness centre, clinic or hospitality sector will be preferred.
• Comfortable with billing/POS systems, digital payments and basic computer applications.
• Presentable, polite, organised and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Must be able to communicate confidently in Hindi, English and Gujarati.
• Must be comfortable working from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
