Freelance Videographer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to create engaging, high-quality video content for our clinics, schools, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable capturing real people, testimonials, school activities, and on-ground events while maintaining a professional and warm visual style.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and produce parent testimonials at our clinics.

• Record testimonials from school management, parents, students, and teachers.

• Cover on-ground school activities, events, workshops, and campaigns.

• Capture authentic interactions, candid moments, and behind-the-scenes content.

• Plan and execute video shoots.

• Handle camera, lighting, audio, and other necessary video equipment.

• Ensure good framing, lighting, sound quality, and overall visual composition.

• Coordinate with the marketing/social media team to understand content requirements.

• Edit videos into engaging short-form content, reels, testimonials, and promotional videos.

• Add appropriate transitions, subtitles, music, graphics, and branding where required.

• Maintain consistency with the organisation's visual identity and communication style.

• Travel to clinics, schools, and other on-ground locations as required.

• Suggest creative video concepts and new content ideas for social media.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of videography, camera handling, lighting, and audio recording.

• Strong understanding of social media video formats, especially Reels and short-form content.

• Ability to capture natural and authentic testimonials.

• Good storytelling and visual communication skills.

• Basic to advanced video editing skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage shoots efficiently.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
