Role Description This is a full-time on-site Freelance Video Editor role based in Coimbatore. The Video Editor will handle end-to-end editing of videos, including assembling raw footage, trimming clips, refining audio, and preparing final outputs for various platforms. Daily tasks include collaborating with the creative team, applying color grading and basic visual enhancements, integrating motion graphics, and aligning edits with brand guidelines and project briefs. The role involves interpreting client feedback, maintaining organized project files, and working within timelines to deliver high-quality, engaging video content. The Video Editor is expected to contribute creative ideas, stay updated on editing trends, and support the development of impactful visual stories for client campaigns.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating cohesive, polished video content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual tone, consistency, and overall quality.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).
• Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an understanding of pacing, composition, and sound alignment.
• Relevant experience in video editing, motion graphics, or design; a portfolio showcasing past work is highly beneficial.
• Formal education in media, film, design, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory when supported by strong work samples.
