Role Description The Freelance Social Media Marketing role is a full-time hybrid position based in Goregaon, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content across platforms, and monitoring performance metrics. The role involves managing profiles, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and identifying opportunities to grow reach and engagement. The individual will also track trends, research competitors, and suggest creative concepts that align with brand objectives. Collaboration on content calendars, occasional in-person meetings, and timely reporting on campaign results are core expectations.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Freelance Social Media Marketing Executive to manage social media growth, create engaging content, collaborate with brands, and support video production.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow Instagram and other social media platforms.

* Target 500+ new followers through organic social media strategies.

* Increase engagement with a target of 50+ likes and 100+ meaningful comments/interactions on selected campaigns/content.

* Plan and create engaging Reels, posts, Stories, and carousel content.

* Edit Reel videos and create short-form video content.

* Coordinate and collaborate with relevant brands, creators, influencers, and businesses.

* Participate in video shoots and assist with content production.

* Develop creative ideas, hooks, captions, hashtags, and CTAs.

* Monitor social media performance and provide regular updates.

* Support brand promotions, campaigns, and collaborations.

* Stay updated with Instagram trends, Reels formats, and social media algorithms.

Requirements

* Basic to good knowledge of Social Media Marketing.

* Experience with Instagram, Reels, and content creation.

* Video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.

* Ability to work independently and meet campaign targets.

* Previous freelance, agency, or social media experience is preferred.
