FP&A Associate Analyst

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Associate Analyst to support the FP&A team in financial reporting, data consolidation, and management reporting activities. This role will be responsible for aggregating data from multiple sources, preparing reporting outputs, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting the team with day-to-day financial planning and analysis requirements. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, possess strong Excel skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial and operational data from multiple sources to support reporting and planning activities.
• Prepare recurring reporting outputs, dashboards, and management reports for business stakeholders.
• Assist the FP&A team in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes.
• Support budget, forecast, and variance analysis activities by maintaining and validating underlying datasets.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data used for reporting and decision-making.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather information and support ad hoc reporting requirements.
• Maintain and update reporting templates, trackers, and financial models.
• Assist with data reconciliation and investigate discrepancies when required.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Provide day-to-day analytical and operational support to the FP&A team.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Any graduate with a strong interest in Finance, Business Operations, or Data Analysis.
• Freshers and candidates with experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts, reporting, and business metrics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data manipulation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or business analytics is a plus.
• Experience with data consolidation and report preparation will be an added advantage.
