FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage P& L and support financial controllership.
• Partner with business teams to drive business finance initiatives and decision-making.
• Monitor and optimize working capital and cash flow.
• Prepare financial reporting and performance analysis.
• Drive cost optimization and financial planning initiatives.
• Manage stakeholders and lead team operations.
• Perform hands-on financial analysis and business partnering.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong expertise in FP& A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, P& L management, business finance, working capital, cash flow management, financial reporting, performance analysis, and cost optimization.
• Prior team management experience is mandatory.
• Experience managing teams of approximately 15-20 members is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on role involving financial analysis and business partnering.
• Flexibility to work across shifts based on business requirements.

Nice to Have:

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA / ICWA, ACCA, CPA, or MBA.
• FMCG / CPG industry experience.
